A series of working meetings aimed at popularizing the dual form of education took place within the scope of the development of cooperation between the Sumy National University and PrJSC “MHP”. The dual form of education is a method of obtaining education that involves the combination of training in educational institutions with training at workplaces. Circumstances caused by martial law undoubtedly influenced the development of the dual form of education in Ukraine. However, today, more than ever, our state needs highly efficient specialists who will develop the Ukrainian economy with their own daily work. Business is the first to face the new challenges of the market economy, the need to improve production processes, and immediately relays these updated requests to the institution of higher education in the context of the competencies.
The representatives of the agro-industrial holding “MHP” discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in the field of the dual form of education with deans of faculties and directors of colleges of Sumy National University. In addition to working meetings, online meetings with students were also organized. During the online communication, the education applicants shared their own expectations regarding career prospects, got comprehensive answers to questions. It is important that students learned more about the company’s guarantees.
The meetings were attended by representatives of the Faculty of Biology and Technology of the Sumy National University of Science and Technology, Hlukhiv Agricultural Institute, the Okhtyr College, and the Romny College.
