On November 23, the conference “Dual Form of Obtaining Education (further DFOE): successes and problems of the third year of the implementation of the pilot project in institutions of professional higher and higher education of Ukraine” was held. The organizers of the conference were: scientific and methodical centre of higher and professional higher education in partnership with the Foundation named after Friedrich Ebert.
SNAU and its secluded structural departments took part in the conference. Since October 2019 our university is a participant in the pilot project on the implementation of the dual form of obtaining education in Ukraine. Individual components of the experience of Sumy National Agrarian University in the given topic were reflected in the theses of the report “Dual education implementation and development on the example of a higher educational agrarian establishment”. Conference participants exchanged opinions on topical issues related to the implementation of the pilot project. In particular, among the main issues discussed were: the impact of the war on the implementation and development of the DFOE; educational and methodical support of the DFOE; international experience of dual-form specialist training; experience and problems of implementation of DFOE in institutions of higher and professional higher education of Ukraine.
The partners of the DFOE implementation project (business representatives) emphasized the need to create a single joint database of documentary support for the DFOE processes, the development of professional standards for students who are involved in participating in the pilot project.
During the conference, the participants not only shared their experiences regarding the implementation of the DFOE, discussed practical ways to solve the difficulties of implementation, but also made new professional acquaintances, exchanged contact information for better cooperation and joint development of the project on the implementation of dual education in Ukraine.
